As a key part of the People and Culture team, you will support the Senior Director and SVP in fostering a vibrant organizational culture.

This role demands solid interpersonal skills, including expertise in employee relations and a proactive mindset. You will engage with various teams to optimize processes and ensure employee satisfaction throughout the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the People and Culture team to enhance company culture
Provide daily support and guidance to employees and managers




Advise on employee relations and performance management matters
Manage documentation for employee relations resolutions
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes Requirements:
Post-secondary diploma/degree in People and Culture
5+ years of experience in employee relations
Knowledge of relevant employment legislation
Solid analytical and organizational skills
