Support residents at Lakeshore Lodge as a Part time Complementary Care Assistant. This role focuses on providing comfort through techniques such as aromatherapy and light massage. In this permanent part time position, you will be part of the Seniors Services division, dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Toronto’s seniors.

Alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will assess resident needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions. This role requires compassion and effective communication to contribute positively to the lives of residents at Lakeshore Lodge. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comfort and relaxation to residents
Administer aromatherapy and light massage
Assess and report on resident needs
Collaborate with the unit team on care plans
Document healthcare records accurately Requirements:
Certification as a Registered Aromatherapist or similar
Experience with complementary care in geriatric settings
Robust communication skills in verbal and written formats
Proficient with computer software
