You will supervise crews and subcontractors, manage safety, schedules, and quality, and collaborate with project managers, clients, and adjusters to resolve challenges and keep projects on track.

We value robust leadership, explicit communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with travel for CAT assignments as needed.
