Responsibilities
Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing transactions and handling cash or card payments
Assist customers with their orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with sanitation guidelines
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and order completion




Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times

Experience
Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Experience in cashiering or cash handling is advantageous
Restaurant or food industry experience will help you excel in this role
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
