Your role involves assisting patients with feeding, bathing, and hygiene while ensuring safety and maintaining records. This position is temporary, full time, and plays a critical role in enhancing patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing and feeding
Perform delegated tasks under RN or RPN supervision
Communicate with patients according to their care plans
Report unsafe conditions and patient changes to healthcare providers
Maintain patient records as per hospital policies Requirements:
Completion of an accredited PSW program
Current registration with HSCPOA
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Experience in acute care or rehabilitation is an asset
