Duliban Insurance is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Qualified to ensure all office locations are protected and welcoming. This part time role involves hands-on maintenance, preventative inspections, and various small projects. As a Maintenance Professional, you will report directly to the President, working primarily in Welland, Pelham, Grimsby, and Dunnville.

You will engage in general maintenance, including grounds upkeep and minor repairs, ensuring that all facilities operate smoothly and efficiently. This position blends physical labor with essential coordination for larger projects. Key Responsibilities:
Perform general interior and exterior maintenance tasks
Maintain office grounds through grass cutting and trimming




Conduct routine facility inspections and maintenance
Complete minor repairs as needed
Coordinate larger projects with external professionals Requirements:
Over 3 years of relevant maintenance experience
Flexible availability for at least 2 shifts weekly
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
