ErinoakKids seeks an Overnight Program Support Facilitator to provide compassionate support for children and young adults with autism or complex medical needs at our Brampton site. This permanent, part time role focuses on behavioral intervention and respite services. Be part of ErinoakKids' dedicated team working in office, with a schedule from midnight to 8 a.m. on weekends.

You will support implementation of behavioral strategies, assist with daily living activities, and foster a caring environment. Your input will be vital in promoting social and communication development among clients, as well as working closely with therapists and families. Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavioral intervention strategies for young clients
Assist clients with personal care and mobility




Plan and evaluate leisure activities for children
Maintain a protected, engaging environment for development
Document client progress and assist in data collection Requirements:
Child & Youth Worker diploma or relevant experience
Experience with autism and complex medical needs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
CPR/First Aid certification required
