As a Lab Patient Technician at LifeLabs, you will be a key player in the specimen collection process from welcoming patients to preparing specimens for transport.

You should possess phlebotomy experience and excellent communication skills, along with the ability to maintain patient confidentiality. Your work ensures that we continue to provide accurate diagnostic services that Canadians rely on. Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and explain specimen collection procedures
Perform phlebotomies and connect/disconnect Holter monitors




Conduct ECG tracings and maintain client relationships
Complete data entry for patient demographics
Prepare specimens accurately for transport and testing Requirements:
Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program preferred
Phlebotomy experience is an asset
ECG training or experience is desirable
Excellent communication and computer skills
