Deliver person-centered direct nursing care to residents
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for care planning
Document assessments and interventions using technology
Act as an advocate for residents’ rights and dignity
Participate in student education and ongoing staff training Requirements:
Current registration with BCCNM as RN/RPN
One year of recent gerontological nursing experience
Level 1 First Aid certification
Solid communication and critical thinking skills
