This hybrid role allows you to engage in projects focused on waste reduction and productivity enhancement using lean management methodologies. Your contributions will support ongoing improvement initiatives and best practices across departments. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting process analyses for improvement prospects
Work on workflow optimization projects using lean methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
Collect and analyze data to measure effectiveness of changes
Support documentation of standard operating procedures Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Solid analytical skills to identify inefficiencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
