We are a top private travel company seeking a proactive Travel Operations Manager to elevate our daily operations in corporate, leisure, and customized travel. This role involves developing workflows, managing technology systems like Sabre and CRM, and ensuring high service standards.

Additionally, you'll support travel advisors and supervise operational KPIs to drive performance. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations in corporate and leisure travel

Optimize Sabre, NDC,



and back-office systems
Coach travel advisors on complex itineraries and bookings
Track operational KPIs for performance management Requirements:
5+ years in travel operations or project management
Robust ticketing and airfare knowledge preferred
Experience with Sabre GDS and automation tools
Willingness to obtain TICO certification
