Your role will encompass ensuring compliance with all safety, transportation, and environmental policies. You will conduct training, daily safety meetings, and regular assessments, driving a commitment to a safer workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily safety meetings to reinforce compliance
Manage accurate completion of work orders and reports
Ensure timely inspections and damage billing accuracy
Oversee inventory counts for materials and parts

High School Diploma or GED required
5+ years in a Supervisor role within construction
Experience with Lean principles is preferred
