Maintain and operate electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems




Conduct preventive maintenance and address mechanical issues
Manage logs and certification records for safety equipment
Organize work of interior cleaning and building service providers
Coordinate purchase orders and maintain electronic diagrams Requirements:
Diploma or certification in building maintenance
Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant field
Valid Firemen's Certificate and Health & Safety credentials
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
