Mickey's Café & Lounge is looking for a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake breads, croissants, pastries, and other baked goods daily
Produce high-quality viennoiserie products including croissants, danishes, and laminated doughs
Maintain consistency, quality, and food safety standards
Assist with production planning and inventory management
Keep workstations clean and organized

Requirements:
Experience in commercial baking preferred
Strong knowledge of viennoiserie and laminated dough production
Ability to work early morning shifts
Attention to detail and passion for quality products
Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
