Coordinate with customs/border staff on PARS/PAPS and documentation requirements
Track account performance (volume, revenue, on-time service, claims) and run regular customer reviews
Resolve billing disputes, delays, and service problems professionally
Keep CRM and TMS records accurate and up to date

5+ years of account management, sales, or customer-facing experience in trucking, freight brokerage, or 3PL
Solid understanding of Canada–U.S. cross-border freight and customs processes (PARS/PAPS, ACE/ACI eManifest)
