Conduct diagnostics and maintenance on Power & HVAC equipment
Provide emergency breakdown support and startup assistance
Perform load bank testing and preventive maintenance checks




Mentor technicians on complex repairs and troubleshooting
Collaborate with sales and leadership to exceed customer expectations Requirements:
High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred
Valid Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification
Extensive experience with diesel generators and HVAC systems
Previous leadership experience in a technical capacity
