I'm currently recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor for the evening shift for a growing food manufacturing company. You will play a key role in coordinating maintenance activities and supporting production operations throughout your shift.

Mission Your Role : Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance interventions
Prioritize work according to production requirements
Lead, coach and support the maintenance team
Monitor breakdowns, downtime and maintenance activities
Coordinate work with production and other departments
Ensure the availability of parts and technical resources
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and food safety standards
Participate in internal and external audits
Support the follow-up of non-conformities
Investigate recurring breakdowns and contribute to corrective actions
Participate in continuous improvement projects




Ensure effective communication between teams.

Working Conditions : Permanent, full-time position Evening shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Dental, disability, extended health and life insurance

Your profile Your Profile : DEC in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics or equivalent experience; 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
Maintenance supervision experience in a manufacturing environment
Food manufacturing experience is an asset
Robust French and functional English
Class C electrical license is an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
CMMS experience is an asset
Strong leadership, autonomy and decision-making skills.
