This full-time role requires an analytical mindset to evaluate compensation structures, develop effective incentive programs, and administer perks while ensuring compliance with regulations. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to improving worker experiences and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee daily administration of all compensation initiatives • Analyze pay equity internally and align with market standards • Create and track effectiveness of incentive compensation plans • Administer team member perks and coordinate renewals • Manage leave programs and enhance compliance processes

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Human Resources or Business Administration • 5+ years in compensation and advantages administration • Certifications like CCP or CEBS are advantageous • Proficient in data analysis with advanced Excel skills • Experience with Workday for compensation and benefits management
