Advise the Chief Human Resources Officer on negotiations and labour relations
Serve as lead spokesperson during contract negotiations




Develop negotiation strategies aligned with organizational goals
Draft and edit collective bargaining proposals and agreements
Monitor workload and goals for collective bargaining activities Requirements:
Degree in Labour Relations or related field
Ten years of experience in human resources, including five in a lead role
Robust communication and conflict resolution skills
Proven expertise in costing collective agreements
