You will ensure compliance through audits, develop Labour Standards, and resolve post-audit issues promptly. Robust analytical skills are essential for using MOST analysis and providing continuous improvement insights. Key Responsibilities:
Support audits to maintain Loblaw’s methodologies
Conduct data collection for Labour Standards development
Resolve post-audit issues and communicate results
Develop recent methodologies using MOST analysis
Analyze trends and assess improvement impacts Requirements:
Post-Secondary education in Industrial Engineering or Logistics
Experience in a Supply Chain setting
Knowledge of VBA and Microsoft Access required
Flexibility to travel across Canada
