Humber River Health in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse for the Acute Medicine Unit (12 West). This permanent Part Time role offers 8-hour evening shifts (15:30–23:30), rotating weekdays and weekends, at the Wilson Site.
The position reports to the Manager, 12 E/W, and sits within a supportive interprofessional team. As an RPN, you will manage general medicine, geriatrics, ALC and palliative inpatients, coordinate care, and document in Meditech 6.0.
