Provide individualized support for housing program participants
Develop tailored support systems for clients
Mediate issues between landlords and clients
Offer street services to those in need
Document client statistics and service outcomes Requirements:
Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent experience
Valid driver's license for transportation
Knowledge of community resources
Ability to handle difficult behaviors
