As a HIM Qualified, you will implement Clinical Documentation Improvement principles and perform auditing, coding, and information release tasks. This position demands knowledge of various health legislation and frameworks supporting informed decision-making across departments. Key Responsibilities:
Incorporate CDI and CQI principles into actions
Ensure accuracy of electronic health records




Validate access and disclosure requests for health information
Code using classification systems; prepare health data abstracts
Assist clinical programs in health information management Requirements:
Graduate of HIM Diploma or Degree Program
Certification with CCHIM and CHIMA in valuable standing
Proficient in health information practices and legislation
Experience with clinical coding and auditing
