This position involves coordinating room attendants, supervisors, and housekeeping staff, ensuring peak performance and service quality. You will conduct inspections, manage guest complaints, and support training initiatives for a seamless operation. Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily cleaning services in guest rooms and public areas
Manage and supervise housekeeping staff effectively
Conduct inspections for cleanliness and safety standards
Provide support during emergency situations as needed
Train, coach, and motivate team members consistently Requirements:
2+ years of experience in hotel housekeeping
Hospitality-related post-secondary education is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant systems
Robust interpersonal and leadership skills
