This full time position requires Monday to Friday daytime availability. You’ll work collaboratively with clients and families, assess needs, and implement psychosocial treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with clients and providers for coordinated services
Manage and evaluate a caseload efficiently




Assess client adjustment to emotional and social challenges
Establish and modify psychosocial treatment plans
Recommend community resource referrals for clients Requirements:
Active member of Ontario College of Social Workers
Minimum two years of community-based therapy experience
Robust written and verbal English skills
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred
