Become a Child & Youth Worker with Dilico in Thunder Bay, ON, and make a real difference in the lives of children and families. This full time position focuses on providing personalized support and treatment in a culturally responsive setting. As a Child & Youth Worker, you will be instrumental in assessing and addressing the developmental and psychosocial needs of children and youth.

Your responsibilities include individual service delivery, case management, and program support, delivered in home, school, and community settings. Working alongside families and community partners, you will foster a nurturing atmosphere that promotes well-being and growth. Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual therapeutic support using trauma-informed approaches
Coordinate case management and develop behavior support programs




Engage families through counseling and advocacy
Complete clinical documentation and care plans
Collaborate with schools and community agencies for integrated care Requirements:
Diploma in Child & Youth Care or related field
Experience in counseling children and youth preferred
Knowledge of culturally protected, trauma-informed practices
Valid Class G Driver’s License required
Current First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain Help promote the social and emotional well-being of children and youth through dedicated support and care at Dilico in Thunder Bay.
