Make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities as a full time Community Support Worker with the Cochrane Temiskaming Resource Centre in New Liskeard. CTRC is looking for a dedicated Community Support Worker to enhance service delivery and client access to essential community and government resources.

This role involves case management and acting as the primary contact for individuals requesting support. Candidates should have a robust understanding of social work ethics and principles and must possess effective self-management capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate intake and case management processes for service users
Collaborate with the Skilled Resource Team for service delivery




Assist individuals in accessing community supports and government services
Document and maintain accurate client information
Engage with families and service providers for comprehensive support Requirements:
Social Service Worker Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years in the human services field
Proficient in French and knowledgeable in software applications
Valid G driver’s license and vehicle access
Understanding of social work principles and ethics Bring your expertise in social services, team collaboration, and dedicated client support to the Cochrane Temiskaming Resource Centre in Current Liskeard.
