Alberta Health Services in Grande Prairie is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive home care nursing. You will assess client needs, create care plans, and authorize nursing services, including delegation to HCAs and LPNs.

You will collaborate with allied health specialists, paramedics and community partners in a multi-disciplinary team. The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends and on-call.
