This role demands the application of various therapeutic interventions, aiming to prevent escalation in crisis situations. Essential skills include managing challenging behaviors and providing direct care within home or community settings. Key Responsibilities:
Supports therapeutic interventions aligning with client needs

Assesses clients' skills through daily observations

Maintains a safe and structured program setting Requirements:
College diploma in relevant fields
Experience with children/youth with autism
