Rakuten Kobo Inc. is seeking an experienced SEM Manager to lead global paid search across devices, Kobo Plus, and content. This hands-on role owns campaign execution, optimization, and budget allocation to drive measurable commercial outcomes.

You will manage cross-market SEM, partner with teams across Media, eCommerce, SEO and Analytics, and continuously improve ROAS, CPA, CAC, and contribution margins through testing and smarter bidding.
