Your success in this role will be defined by your ability to de-escalate tense situations while supporting clinical teams. You will receive full paid training including Healthcare Security and First Aid certification. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct dedicated Patient Watches with a focus on safety
Use de-escalation techniques in tense situations
Maintain awareness and report safety concerns promptly
Screen visitors and assist guests in a polite manner
Complete regular foot patrols of the facility Requirements:
Valid Class 5 driver's license for regional travel
Open availability for various shifts, including weekends
Ability to pass a standard criminal record check
Solid communication skills in English
