Responsibilities
Create eye-catching floral arrangements tailored to customer preferences and occasions
Provide exceptional customer service by offering expert advice on flower choices, care, and complementary products
Maintain fresh inventory by handling flower deliveries, organizing stock, and ensuring optimal presentation
Assist with merchandising displays to highlight seasonal themes and promote sales opportunities
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and e-commerce orders
Support landscape maintenance tasks around the store to enhance overall aesthetic appeal




Communicate effectively with team members and customers in multiple languages if applicable to ensure a positive shopping experience

Requirements
Proven experience in floral design, gardening, or horticulture preferred but not mandatory; a passion for plants is essential
Robust organizational skills to manage inventory, display setups, and customer orders efficiently
Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
Familiarity with retail sales processes, cashiering, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
Ability to work flexible schedule in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms for online order fulfillment is advantageous
Knowledge of social media platforms and techniques to create attractive and attention grabbing posts an advantage

Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour
