RONA is seeking a Financial Analyst to support key corporate functions in its Shared Services team.
In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and Accounting for improving forecast accuracy and month-end reporting. Your expertise will simplify processes and implement more effective financial planning models. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders to build, manage, and review budgets
Strengthen month-end processes with accurate data
Maintain reporting models for spend and headcount visibility
Analyze key movements and trends in financial data
Communicate insights on risks and prospects to senior leaders Requirements:
Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or CFA preferred
3–7 years in FP&A; or financial analysis
Solid analytical mindset and attention to detail
Excellent Excel skills for complex data analysis
Proven ability to simplify reporting tools Maximize your analytical skills at RONA while contributing to impactful financial processes.
