This pivotal role involves meticulous decontamination, sterilization, and management of medical instruments. You'll utilize your knowledge of over 1000 surgical instruments, ensuring optimal inventory control and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
Perform decontamination and sterilization of medical equipment
Manage inventory for effective department functionality
Handle delicate instruments with precision and care
Update records in a timely manner
Maintain Respiratory Therapy crash cart supplies Requirements:
Post-secondary certificate in sterile processing techniques
One year of MDRD experience or equivalent
Knowledge of sterilization and decontamination methods
