Ideal candidates will have at least three years of recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume hiring across diverse regions. You'll utilize your sourcing skills to address talent backlogs and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:
Support high-volume recruitment and candidate pipeline management
Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
Conduct pre-screening assessments for suitable candidates
Coordinate interview logistics and manage the overall process
Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize candidate selections Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in high-volume settings
Proven talent sourcing expertise for hard-to-fill roles
Experience with ATS like SAP SuccessFactors
Proficiency in MS Excel, Teams, and Outlook
