CarePartners is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) to provide versatile home health nursing across Ontario, including in-home, school, clinic, and retirement-home settings. You will join a supportive team focused on quality patient care and meaningful community impact.

You will develop and maintain Care Plans, deliver nursing services both in-person and virtually, and collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team in various care settings.
