Responsible for cleaning diverse spaces including hard floors and carpets, this role includes a wide range of essential cleaning tasks. GDI Services is seeking a dedicated janitor for full time cleaning responsibilities. You will sweep, mop, and wash floors, as well as maintain bathrooms and common areas.

Attention to detail is crucial: cleaning tasks include stripping and waxing floors, window washing, and monitoring for facility issues. Flexibility to travel between two buildings is required. Key Responsibilities:
Sweep and mop floors, stairs, and other surfaces
Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms and restock supplies
Wash windows and glass surfaces as needed
Collect and dispose of trash in designated areas
Assist supervisors with cleaning projects and maintenance tasks Requirements:
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience with cleaning tools and equipment
Own transportation is a must
Team-oriented with attention to detail
Able to lift up to 50lbs Deliver excellent cleaning service while upholding the standards at GDI Services.
