You will play a crucial role in enhancing fundraising revenues while ensuring alignment with marketing communications and the YMCA brand. Key Responsibilities:
Lead fundraising campaign planning and execution
Build relationships with donors and corporate sponsors
Develop donor cultivation and stewardship activities
Identify recent fundraising and partnership opportunities
Manage donor information and pipeline effectively Requirements:
Four years of fundraising experience in a nonprofit
Robust relationship-building and communication skills
Knowledge of fundraising best practices and legal standards
Familiarity with donor management systems is a plus
