Sobeys is hiring a Front-End Supervisor in Sidney, BC to lead a department, coach staff, and ensure a high standard of customer service. The role focuses on staff development, engagement, and meeting company standards while maintaining an excellent shopping experience for customers.

You will supervise daily operations, analyze sales data, and ensure compliance with SOP, OH&S;, and food safety initiatives. A high school diploma and 12 months’ experience are expected.
