We’re looking for a motivated Demi Chef de Partie who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in their work, and is eager to develop their culinary skills. Working with premium Canadian ingredients, quality proteins, fresh seafood, and seasonal produce, you’ll help deliver consistently excellent food in an elevated dining environment.

What You’ll Do
Prepare and execute dishes to a high standard.
Work the grill and hot line, cooking proteins to exact specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and productive workstation.
Support busy services while maintaining quality and consistency.
Assist with daily prep, inventory, and stock rotation.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

What We’re Looking For




Experience in an upscale restaurant with high culinary standards.
Strong cooking fundamentals and experience with quality ingredients and proteins.
Confidence on the grill and hot line.
Excellent attention to detail, consistency, and presentation.
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality.
Strong work ethic, teamwork, and a passion for cooking.
A willingness to learn, take direction, and grow professionally.
