Reporting to the Jubilee Society Board of Directors, the Executive Director drives strategic leadership and operational excellence across the Northern and Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditoria.

Implement and evaluate the Society’s strategic plan




Champion operational improvements and service standards
Support facility renewal and capital initiatives
Guide marketing and community engagement strategies
Drive financial planning and budget management Requirements:
Minimum five years in senior leadership roles
Experience with financial planning and operational oversight
Robust negotiation skills with unionized settings
Degree in Business or related field
