Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Nursing – Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner
• A minimum of four years nursing experience in relevant areas
• Registered to practice as Nurse Practitioner in positive standing
• Active member of the Nurse Practitioners’ Association of Ontario
• Solid knowledge of health and social systems
