Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee IT hardware and communication systems across facilities
• Provide frontline IT troubleshooting and technical support
• Serve as subject matter expert for recent application implementations




• Maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation
• Report and analyze IT activities to identify improvement prospects
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven IT support experience with troubleshooting skills
• Familiar with MDM platforms and telecom providers
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and secure documentation
• Valid G class driver’s license and vehicle access
