The Field

Manager will be responsible for day-to-day crew performance, working closely with the Operations Manager and other coordinators. Key aspects include managing budgets efficiently and maintaining high standards in project execution. Key Responsibilities:
Help crews load equipment and strategize daily
Check in with crews to set and reinforce goals
Approve daily schedules prepared by the Schedule Coordinator
Enforce company standards for trucks and equipment
Ensure project hours remain under budget
Coach crew members for development
Minimize rework and callbacks on projects Requirements:
Landscaping and hardscaping experience
Robust leadership and management skills
Comfort with field and administrative tasks
