This role is critical to establishing our SMT capability, where you’ll utilize your 5+ years of hands-on experience in SMT processes and workflows. Be part of a tight-knit, highly technical team focused on high-reliability electronics and cutting-edge solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Set up and run the complete SMT line
Execute high-speed feeder setups effectively
Optimize production flow and manage material flow
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues • Inspect and validate output to IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards Requirements:
5+ years in SMT manufacturing experience
Solid knowledge of IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards
Proficient in handling ultra-small components
Experience with SPI, AOI, and reflow ovens
