Prospect and engage business owners and HR leaders
Convert discussions into new client opportunities
Design and present comprehensive group perks solutions
Manage relationships through onboarding and renewals
Collaborate with carriers and teammates for successful deals Requirements:
3+ years in employee benefits or group insurance
Life & A&S; licensing in home province
CEBS or GBA designation is a plus
Ability to handle objections and persist
