This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting current teachers' training. You will teach small-group ELA classes while ensuring new hires meet instructional standards for quality teaching. Key Responsibilities:
Source ELA teacher candidates through various channels
Manage interview processes and teach demo assessments
Conduct training sessions for current teachers and support their growth




Observe classes and provide constructive feedback
Teach live online classes focused on Reading, Speaking, and Writing Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
