Job Summary

West Coast Car Carriers is growing and seeking an experienced dispatcher. experienced class 1 driver specialists. Based out of the Fraser Valley, we specialize in hauling classics, sports, muscle and exotic cars. We also haul non-running project cars, trucks and SUVs.

We transport within Canada and runs would include various locations from British Columbia to Eastern Canada. We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher to coordinate communications, scheduling, and logistics for our drivers. You will act as the main link between customers, management, and drivers.

In this vital role, you will manage transportation schedules while communicate with drivers and clients.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients, drivers, and management to ensure accurate pickup and delivery times for client vehicle transports.
Maintain contact with drivers
Create, monitor and update transport schedules for truck loads
Plan and assign transport routes based on priority and availability




Monitor and update transport queue for booked jobs
Create bill of lading, transport paperwork required and provide to drivers
Communicate clearly via phone, email and written correspondence for business inquiries
Update clients on estimated arrival times and answer inquiries
Resolve unexpected delays, breakdowns, route changes, or unexpected incidents quickly and calmly.
Ensure all operations adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and regional/transportation regulations.

In this position, you will work from home and will be provided with the necessary technology to effectively complete job tasks. The successful candidate must reside in the Fraser Valley Area, including Chilliwack, Agassiz, Abbotsford, Hope

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
