Own and implement enterprise HSE management systems
Develop and report HSE KPIs for leadership oversight




Lead onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
Drive performance management and recognition framework
Ensure compliance with Ontario employment standards Requirements:
5+ years in HSE within heavy industry
Degree in safety, HR, or related field
Strong knowledge of OHSA, WHMIS, and WSIB
Proven leadership in compliance and HR initiatives
