BCIT is searching for a full time director to oversee the Marine Innovation and Simulation Centre of Excellence.

You will play a key role in developing industry relationships and leading strategic initiatives that enhance workforce development and simulation technologies in the marine sector. The position also involves managing budgets, research funding, and project oversight to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and establish research priorities

Master’s degree in Marine Transportation or related field
